I reserve the right, at my discretion, to refuse requests for blocks of space for any reason (including site that contain pop-up advertising), and to delete a user's space if a violation of any of these Terms occurs. I retain the right to refuse any image I feel would be offensive to the general public. If you are a photographer that shoots nudes, for example, please pick an image that is subtle, and not one for shock value.
